Focus group sessions were conducted to assess the viability of a new pharmacy and parapharmacy brand in Spain.

The project focused exclusively on the qualitative phase, as the goal was to explore the full range of consumer opinions and expectations — not to quantify results.

The study included testing the brand image, concept, service offering, and complementary products. We also analyzed perceived value and estimated average spending among target customers. The qualitative phase concluded with guided in-store visits, where spontaneous feedback was collected on-site.

We conducted a consumer evaluation of food and beverage products through guided tastings and structured testing.

In this case, the sensory product test focused on a well-known brand of juices and nectars. Although these tests can be conducted independently, the organoleptic assessment was performed under guided conditions to ensure consistency and depth of feedback.

Similar tests have also been carried out for brands of beer, chocolate, and cider. The primary objective was to adapt the product to the Canary Islands market, which presents unique preferences and characteristics compared to the rest of Spain.

We developed a full feasibility study and product launch plan for an investment project led by an audiovisual company based in Fuerteventura.

The project included an economic viability analysis, marketing strategy, international market research, and a complete financial plan.

We provided income and expense forecasts, investment design and sizing, key financial indicators, and projections for amortization and payback periods. The final deliverable included a launch proposal with detailed implementation guidelines.
